Miller Creek Lavender is an evolving dream of owners Karen and Don Roets. The 12.5 acre farm, located near the intersection of Highways 281 and 290 north of Blanco, has grown from a love of gardening to a passion for creating a peaceful, Hill Country haven of 6,000 lavender plants. A three-acre field features nine varieties of lavender. In addition to lavender, Miller Creek offers a butterfly garden, a variety garden that includes 70 types of lavender, a blackberry patch, and plenty of shady areas to relax and unwind. Miller Creek Lavender offers many unique products - the number one seller is our lavender margarita mix. Other food specialty products include lavender-infused salsas, jams, jellies, honey, mustard, teas and culinary lavender - new introduction this year is their lavender carmel popcorn.
